1. Who we are
ApkaVisa Travel & Visa Consultants ("we", "us") is a travel and visa consultancy operating in Pakistan, at 226B Tulip Extension Commercial, Sector C, Bahria Town, Lahore, Punjab. You can reach us on +92 370 6357322 or at info@apkavisa.pk.
2. When these terms apply
These terms apply as soon as you engage us for a service — that is, when you accept a written quotation from us, make a payment towards it, or ask us in writing to begin work.
Browsing this website, reading our guides or asking us a question costs nothing and commits you to nothing. The free assessment is not an engagement.
For an agency, these terms apply to its listing in our directory from the day the listing goes live, and to a paid tier from the moment it is paid for. Clause 17 is the part written for agencies.
3. What we do
We advise on, prepare and submit visa and immigration applications, we arrange travel services such as flights, hotels, transport and insurance, and we handle document attestation.
We act as your agent in dealing with embassies, consulates, visa application centres, airlines and other providers. We are not a government body, a law firm or an immigration adviser regulated by any foreign authority, and we have no authority over any visa or immigration decision.
4. No guarantee of outcome
We do not and cannot guarantee that any visa, permit or immigration application will be approved. That decision rests solely with the relevant embassy, consulate or immigration authority.
Anything we say about likelihood, processing time or requirements is our opinion based on the information available at the time. It is not a promise, and requirements can change without notice.
Nobody in this industry can promise you a visa. If anyone does — including anyone claiming to represent us — treat it as a warning sign and tell us.
5. Honest information is your responsibility
The strength of your application depends on the accuracy of what you give us. You are responsible for the truth of every document and statement submitted in your name, whether you prepared it or we did.
- Give us true, complete and accurate information and documents
- Tell us about any previous refusal, overstay, deportation, ban or adverse immigration history, anywhere in the world
- Tell us promptly if anything changes — a new job, a new passport, a changed travel date
- Meet the deadlines we give you for documents and payments
- Attend appointments, biometrics and interviews as scheduled
6. What we will not do
We will not prepare, submit or knowingly assist with any false or misleading document or statement. That includes fabricated bank statements, employment letters, offer letters and sponsorships.
If you ask us to, we will end the engagement immediately and no fee will be refunded. We may also be obliged to decline any further work for you.
This is not caution on our part. A finding of misrepresentation attaches to you, not to us, and commonly carries a ban of several years across multiple countries.
7. Our fees
Our service fee is quoted to you in writing before work begins, itemised, and it does not change unless the scope changes and you agree in writing to the change.
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, our fee is payable as set out in the quotation. We may pause work where an agreed payment is outstanding.
We do not publish a fixed price list, because the work genuinely differs between cases. What we commit to is that you see your figure before you pay it.
This clause is about our visa, travel and documentation services. Paid directory listings for agencies have published prices, and clause 17 covers them.
8. Government and third-party fees
Embassy, consulate, visa application centre, attestation, biometric, courier, insurance and similar charges are separate from our service fee.
We pass them on at exactly the amount charged and add no margin. They are set by the body concerned, may change without notice, are payable regardless of outcome, and cannot be refunded by us.
9. Bookings with airlines, hotels and insurers
Where we book flights, accommodation, transport or insurance, that service is supplied by the airline, hotel, operator or insurer concerned, under their own terms — including their own rules on changes, cancellation and refunds.
We will help you deal with them, but we are not responsible for their performance, their schedule changes, their cancellations or their insolvency.
We strongly advise against booking non-refundable travel before a visa decision is issued. If you choose to, you do so at your own risk.
10. Timelines
Processing times quoted anywhere on this site or by us are typical ranges we have observed. They are not commitments, and we do not control them.
Where a travel date is fixed and cannot move, tell us at the outset so we can advise whether the timeline is realistic. We would rather turn work away than take a fee for an application that cannot be decided in time.
11. Working with partner agencies
Some cases are handled with or referred to a partner consultancy where that gives you a better result — for example where a partner holds a licence, a mission relationship or specialist experience we do not.
We will tell you when this applies to your case before any of your documents are shared. Your information is passed only to the extent needed to deliver the service you engaged us for, and the partner is bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations.
You remain our client, and you can ask us at any point who is handling your file.
12. Your documents
Where we hold your original documents we issue a signed receipt and return them to you on completion. Never hand original documents to anyone — including us — without one.
We take reasonable care of documents in our possession. We are not liable for loss, damage or delay caused by courier services, government offices, visa centres or embassies once documents have left our hands.
Digital copies are held and deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.
13. How we communicate
Most of our work happens over WhatsApp, and by engaging us you agree to be contacted there and by phone and email about your case. You can ask us to stop at any time.
WhatsApp is suitable for document photographs and case discussion. It is not suitable for banking credentials, card numbers, passwords or one-time codes — we will never ask you for any of those, and you should treat anyone who does as a fraud, whoever they claim to be.
Anything important — scope, fees, advice you will act on — we will also confirm in writing.
14. Ending the engagement
You may end the engagement at any time by telling us in writing. Fees for work already carried out remain payable, and government and third-party fees already paid cannot be recovered. Our Refund Policy sets out how this is calculated.
We may end the engagement where you ask us to act dishonestly, where information you have given us turns out to be materially false, where agreed payments are not made, or where the working relationship has broken down. We will tell you why, in writing.
15. Limitation of liability
Our total liability in connection with a service is limited to the service fee you paid us for that service.
We are not liable for visa refusals, changes in immigration policy or law, delays or errors by embassies, consulates, visa centres or couriers, decisions by third-party providers, or losses arising from information you gave us that was inaccurate or incomplete.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost earnings, lost deposits, missed events or non-refundable travel booked before a decision was issued.
Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. This website
The guides and other material on this site are general information, not advice about your case, and are correct to the best of our knowledge on the date shown on each page. Rules change. Check anything decisive against the relevant mission's own website, or ask us.
The text, design, illustrations and photography on this site belong to us or are used under licence, and may not be copied or republished without permission. Photography credits and licences are listed on our photo credits page.
17. Agency listings and paid tiers
This clause applies to agencies and consultancies listed in our directory of visa consultants. A listing is free. The paid tiers — Verified, Featured and Sponsored — add to it what our List your business page describes, at the prices shown there. Verified is PKR 5,000, paid once; Featured is PKR 10,000 a month; Sponsored is PKR 15,000 a month. We confirm the price in writing, on WhatsApp or by email, before you pay. Anything marked SOON on that page is not available yet, and what you pay for is what that page shows, at its price, on the day you pay.
You pay us directly, by bank transfer or mobile wallet, to the account we give you in writing. We switch the tier on once the payment has reached us, and confirm it in writing. We never ask for card details, passwords or one-time codes by WhatsApp, phone or email, and anyone who does is not us.
Verified is a single payment. Featured and Sponsored are paid month by month, and each month runs from the day its payment reaches us. You can stop at any time by telling us, or by not paying for the next month: your tier then stays until the end of the month already paid for, and nothing more is due.
A paid tier changes where your listing appears and what it shows. It does not buy a review, a recommendation or a result. We do not promise any number of visitors, clicks or enquiries, lists are ordered as our How the directory works page describes, and paid places are always labelled as paid.
Paying for Verified does not on its own make a listing verified. The Verified badge, with its date, appears only once we have checked the agency, and if we cannot complete the check we refund the payment in full.
Featured and Sponsored come with a login to your own dashboard on our site. Keep it to yourself and the people you choose: you are responsible for what is sent from it. What you send there — changes to your details, photos, replies to reviews — appears only once we have checked it, and we may decline any of it and tell you why. The dashboard works while the tier does, and switches off when a month ends unpaid.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what your listing says. We may refuse, correct or take down a listing that is false or misleading, including one that promises a visa or claims a success rate. If we take down a paid listing for that reason, no refund applies; if we take it down for any other reason, we refund the unused part of the month. Our Refund Policy sets out the rest.
Our total liability in connection with a listing is limited to what you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force for your engagement is the one published on the date you engaged us, and the date of the current version is shown at the top of this page.
We will tell you directly about any change that materially affects work already underway.
19. If something goes wrong
Tell us first, in writing, at info@apkavisa.pk. We will acknowledge your complaint and give you a considered response rather than a holding reply.
If a clause in these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
20. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts at Lahore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
