QUICK ANSWER
How does ApkaVisa work, and what does it cost?
Send us your situation on WhatsApp or through the form. The first assessment is free, and we tell you what is realistic, what it costs and how long it takes before you commit to anything. Our fee depends on the visa and how much of the work we handle, and embassy and government fees are passed on exactly as charged. Nobody can guarantee a visa: the embassy decides.
What almost everybody asks in the first conversation.
No. The decision belongs entirely to the embassy or immigration authority, and anyone who tells you otherwise is either lying or planning to submit something false in your name. What we control is the strength and honesty of your file.
No, and it is a real assessment rather than a sales call. If we think your application will fail, we tell you that and explain what would need to change — even though the honest answer costs us the work.
Yes, across all of Pakistan and with plenty of Pakistanis living in the Gulf. Documents come to us as phone photos over WhatsApp, so where you are rarely affects anything.
Ask us for our registration details and check them independently. Then apply the same test to every consultant you speak to: nobody can guarantee a visa, nobody legitimate sells a job offer, and no fee should ever be unwritten. A consultant who gets defensive about those questions has answered them.
Those are the ones worth a conversation. A previous refusal, a gap in employment, a sponsor with an unusual status — these are exactly the details a generic checklist cannot handle, and they are where a file is usually won or lost.
Two people cover WhatsApp between them, so somebody answers day or night. Open 24/7 on WhatsApp. Detailed assessments take longer than a first reply, because reading a refusal letter or a set of bank statements properly takes time.
Money
Fees and payment
The part where most complaints in this industry start.
One rule worth keeping
If a fee has not been written down and itemised, do not pay it. That applies to us as much as to anyone else you are considering.
It depends on the service and destination. You get an itemised written quote before any work starts, and that number does not move unless you change the scope.
After you have a written quote and have agreed to it. Never before there is something written down.
No — they are listed separately at the exact amount the mission or ministry charges, and we do not add a margin to them. Embassy fees, biometrics and courier charges are non-refundable regardless of the outcome, and we say so before you commit.
Because a single figure would mislead you. A salaried first-time applicant and a business owner with a previous refusal need very different amounts of work on the same destination. What we can promise is that your figure is written down before you pay it.
Our refund position is set out on the refund policy page. In short: government fees are gone once paid, and our own fee depends on how much of the work has already been done.
When it goes wrong
Refusals and reapplying
A refusal is not usually the end. What matters is the ground stated in the letter.
We read the refusal notice with you and explain what actually failed. If reapplying makes sense we tell you exactly what has to change first. If it does not, we say that instead of taking more money.
Yes, and they are a large part of what we do. Send us the refusal letter before anything else — it states the exact ground, and that single document decides whether reapplying is worth it.
No. Most refusals simply mean the file did not satisfy the officer, and you can apply again. A ban for misrepresentation is different, lasts years, and usually cannot be argued away — we will not pretend otherwise to win the work.
Only when the process genuinely requires it, and always against a signed receipt. Never hand original documents to anyone — including us — without one.
It can, because most application forms ask about previous refusals and most missions share information. Declaring it and explaining it is almost always better than hoping it will not surface.

Study Visa
University admission and student visa — from shortlist to boarding pass
There is no single answer. The UK is fastest and shortest, Canada offers the strongest settlement pathway, Australia balances both, and Germany and Turkey are the cheapest. We match the country to your budget and goals, not to whoever pays us commission.
Often, but not always. Some universities accept MOI letters or their own English tests. We check the exact requirement for your shortlist before you spend money on a test.
It depends on country and course length — roughly one year of tuition plus living costs, held for a required maintenance period. We give you the exact figure and the exact holding period for your case.
Employment abroad, filed on a real offer and nothing else
No. We are not a recruiter and we do not have jobs to give. We prepare the visa application once you have a genuine offer. Anyone selling you a foreign job offer for a fee is committing a fraud that ends with you carrying the ban.
No. A real employer sponsors you because they want your labour; they do not sell the permit. If money is being asked for the offer itself, the document is forged, the job does not exist, or both. Send it to us and we will tell you which.
For most skilled routes, yes, and the order matters — HEC, then MOFA, then the destination's embassy. Doing it out of order means paying twice. We set out the exact sequence for your destination before you start.
It is the Pakistani government's own check on workers leaving for employment, and for most destinations it is compulsory. Travelling without it where it is required puts you outside the protection you are entitled to abroad.
Meetings, conferences and trade delegations — filed on a verifiable invitation
The burden shifts to proving a genuine commercial purpose — a verifiable host, a real meeting or event, and a company that clearly exists. The financial bar is on the business, not just the traveller.
Yes. Group filings for trade fairs and conferences are routine for us, and coordinated submission usually goes smoother than individual applications.
Rarely on its own. Missions check invitations, and a letter that cannot be verified does more harm than no letter at all. Send it to us before you build the rest of the file around it.
No. Working or job-hunting on a business visa is a breach of its conditions and it is the applicant who carries the consequence. If employment is the goal, the work visa route is the honest one.
Visit, tourist and family visas — filed properly the first time
No — and anyone who promises that is lying to you. Only the embassy decides. What we control is the strength and honesty of your file, and that is where most applications are won or lost.
It varies by country and season. Schengen is typically 15-30 working days, UK 3-6 weeks, UAE 3-7 working days. We give you a realistic timeline for your specific case up front.
A previous refusal is not the end. We review the refusal letter, identify what actually failed, and address it directly in the new application. Bring the refusal notice to your first consultation.
Permanent residency and skilled migration pathways
Canada Express Entry can be six months from invitation if your profile is clean; Australia is commonly 12-24 months. The honest answer is that the wait starts once you are invited, and getting invited is the hard part.
Your degree needs a formal equivalency assessment before it counts. A Pakistani bachelor's often assesses lower than expected, which changes your score. We check this early so there are no surprises.
No. We do not sell job offers, and any consultant who does is running a scam. We help you build a profile strong enough to qualify without one.
Your pilgrimage arranged with care and complete transparency
We quote it in metres and walking minutes, and we name the hotel. Vague phrases like 'near Haram' in a brochure usually mean a shuttle ride.
Saudi rules now allow women aged 18 and above to perform Umrah without a mahram. We confirm the current requirement at the time of your booking, as it has changed before.
Typically personal expenses, extra meals, Ziyarat outside the listed plan, and Qurbani. Our written quote lists exclusions explicitly so nothing is a surprise.
