How we handle reviews
Five rules for this page
Reviews are the easiest thing in this industry to fake, which makes how they were collected more useful than what they say.
- Every review here came from a real client who agreed to have their name and city published.
- We keep the WhatsApp message or email behind each one, so any of them can be checked.
- We do not pay for reviews, and we do not offer a discount in exchange for one.
- We do not write them, edit them into something more flattering, or remove the unflattering ones.
- If a client is unhappy and says so publicly, that stays up and we answer it.
How to spot fake reviews
Worth applying to every consultant you are comparing, including this page. If we ever start breaking these rules, hold it against us.
- !Dozens of reviews all posted within a few days of each other.
- !Every review five stars, every one written in the same voice.
- !Outcomes no consultant controls, stated as if they did — "they guaranteed my visa".
- !Stock photographs used as client faces, or no names and no cities at all.
- !Reviews that name a service the business does not actually offer.
- !A business with hundreds of reviews and no way to verify a single one.

What we would rather be judged on
Anybody can buy testimonials. These are things you can check for yourself, today, before you pay us anything.
- Whether the first assessment is genuinely free, and genuinely honest
- Whether our fee arrives in writing and itemised, before you pay
- Whether what we tell you matches the mission's own published requirements
- Whether we tell you no when the answer is no
- Whether somebody actually replies at two in the morning
