1. We sell services, not goods
ApkaVisa provides visa, immigration, travel and documentation services, and listings in our directory of visa consultants. We do not sell or ship physical products.
The only things that travel are your own documents, when they go to an embassy, a visa centre or an attestation office. Clause 4 covers them.
2. Where and how we deliver
We work from our office at 226B Tulip Extension Commercial, Sector C, Bahria Town, Lahore, Punjab, and over WhatsApp, phone and email, where most of our work happens. WhatsApp and phone: +92 370 6357322. Email: info@apkavisa.pk.
Anything important, such as the scope of the work, the fee, or advice you will act on, we also confirm in writing.
3. Visa, immigration and documentation services
What you receive, in order:
- Before you pay anything: a free assessment, then a written, itemised quotation that does not change unless you agree in writing to a change in scope (Terms, clause 7)
- Once you accept the quotation and pay as it sets out: the work it describes, which is assessment, the document checklist, form filling, preparation and submission of your application, and follow-up
- Our part is complete when the application is submitted and followed up. The decision belongs to the embassy or authority, and we never promise it (Terms, clause 4)
- Processing times we mention are typical ranges, not commitments, because embassies and visa centres set them (Terms, clause 10)
4. Your documents
Where we hold your original documents, we give you a signed receipt and return them to you when the work is complete (Terms, clause 12).
Where documents go by courier, to an embassy, a visa centre or an attestation office, the courier's charge is a third-party fee, passed on at exactly the amount charged (Terms, clause 8). We take reasonable care of documents while we hold them, but we are not responsible for loss or delay once they are with a courier, a government office, a visa centre or an embassy.
5. Travel bookings
Flights, hotels, transport and insurance are supplied by the airline, hotel, operator or insurer, and we pass on the booking confirmation, ticket or policy they issue. Their own terms govern changes and cancellations (Terms, clause 9), and our Refund Policy, clause 7, says what happens to money if a booking is cancelled.
6. Paid directory listings for agencies
A listing in our directory is free. An agency can add one of three paid packages, each described in full, with its price, on our List your business page:
- Verified, PKR 5,000, paid once: placed above free listings, with the Verified badge and its check date once we have checked the agency
- Featured, PKR 10,000 a month: everything in Verified, plus the agency's own dashboard (views, clicks and profile edits), replies to reviews, a photo gallery, an enquiry form that opens the agency's WhatsApp, and the top places on its city pages
- Sponsored, PKR 15,000 a month: everything in Featured, plus the top place on every page the agency appears on, a homepage slot, and no other agencies shown on its profile
7. How a listing package is delivered
We confirm the price in writing, on WhatsApp or by email, before you pay. You pay us directly, by bank transfer or mobile wallet, to the account we give you in writing. We switch the package on once the payment has reached us, and confirm that in writing too.
Verified is a single payment. The badge appears only once we have checked your agency, and if we cannot complete the check we refund the payment in full.
Featured and Sponsored run month by month, each month from the day its payment reaches us. They include a login to your agency dashboard, sent to you as an email invitation. If you stop paying, the package stays until the end of the month already paid for (Terms, clause 17).
8. If something is not delivered
If you have paid and not received what this page describes, message us on WhatsApp at +92 370 6357322 or write to info@apkavisa.pk, and we will look into it with you. Where we have not delivered what you paid for, our Refund Policy says what you get back and how.
